• Leading Our Security Team: You'll be in charge of our awesome security guarding operations, making sure our team is well-deployed, supported, and ready for anything. This includes overseeing their schedules, ensuring they have the right training, and looking out for their well-being and professional growth.
• Operational Excellence: You'll ensure our security procedures and equipment are top-notch. This means everything from reviewing and improving our security guidelines to making sure our security cameras and access systems are always in perfect working order.
• On-the Ground Presence: You'll regularly check in on our sites, making sure everything runs smoothly and adheres to our high standards. Your insights will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and keeping us at the forefront of security.
• Incident Response & Collaboration: When things happen, you'll be a key player in coordinating our response to security incidents, working closely with our security leadership and even law enforcement when needed. You'll also be a vital link between our security team and other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Training & Development: You'll help us build a strong, knowledgeable security team by conducting refresher training and ensuring our officers are always up-to-date on the latest best practices.
