The Operations Manager for Southeast Asia (SEA) will oversee logistics operations across multiple markets within the region. This role involves managing all aspects of incoming shipments, warehousing, and transportation to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) while achieving high customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Management:

• Oversee the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners for warehousing and transportation.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics efficiency and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, service quality, and delivery accuracy.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics providers to ensure competitive pricing and reliability.

Warehousing & Transportation Oversight:

• Manage warehouse operations across SEA to enhance efficiency and support growth.
• Monitor and improve domestic and cross-border transportation solutions.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics operations.
• Drive continuous process improvements in warehousing and distribution.

Cost & Performance Optimization:

• Manage logistics costs effectively within budget constraints.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
• Optimize inventory flow from distribution centers to local fulfillment networks.
• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure logistics operations adhere to local and regional regulations and safety standards.
• Develop best practices for compliance and risk mitigation within the supply chain.
• Lead and mentor logistics teams across markets, aligning with regional objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
• Develop training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Health, Safety, and Security:

• Ensure compliance with global environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Assess and ensure security measures of logistics partners meet organizational standards.

Requirement:

• Strong background in logistics management and supply chain planning.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both formal and informal, across all organizational levels.
• Experience in managing high-volume distribution centers in a time-sensitive environment.
• Knowledge of regional customs regulations and transportation networks.
• Proven change management and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop strategic and tactical plans in response to market dynamics.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain forecasting.
• Familiarity with SAP, WMS, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience in the electronics or industrial distribution industries.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or project management (e.g., PMP, APICS) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
