About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient management of staff and resources, delivering a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and their families.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring excellent service standards and safety compliance.
  • Create and manage staff schedules, including rostering game masters and support employees to ensure optimal coverage during operating hours.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to maintain high levels of engagement, productivity, and morale.
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance skills and service quality.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and child protection policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate promotions, events, and special programs.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Continuously analyze operational processes and implement improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within children’s entertainment, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in rostering and workforce planning.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for creating a fun, safe, and positive environment for children and families.

Working Conditions:

Able to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays.)
