As the Manager, you will be responsible to support the full-service operations of all our business.
- You will task assignments to the team members, plan and implement the maintenance, repairs, cleaning and posting rosters.
- Process posting data and ensure 100% posting accuracy.
- Updating daily reports and ensure the Operations workflow and data are updated by the stakeholders.
- Safety management of the operations team and compliance with WSH regulations.
- Liaise closely with clients on any issues that are related to our operations.
- Ensure the team responds & attends to all feedback within the required timeline.
- Assist HOD in the preparation and management of the annual operations budget.
- Resource & manpower forecasting to ensure the team is well equipped to complete all assignments efficiently.
- Review operations processes from time to time to ensure relevance.
- Identifying good vendors/business partners, building & maintaining good relations.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have at least a diploma in Facilities Management from a recognised institution.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar industry.
- Has a valid class 3 driving license.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Familiar with BCA submission process & digital knowledge will be added advantages.
- Well-versed on Workplace Safety & Health regulations.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English Language.
- Willingness to work beyond office hours as we manage a 24/7 operations.
