Job description

As the Operations Manager, you will support our client's Indonesia operations. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Director, acting as a critical bridge between Singapore HQ and factory operations in Bandung. As the main point of contact for all Indonesia-related matters, you will play a key role in driving operational alignment, overseeing finance and administration processes, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Description

  • Partner closely with the Director to oversee and support factory operations in Bandung, Indonesia
  • Lead and coordinate finance and general administration activities, ensuring smooth and compliant day-to-day operations
  • Review and consolidate financial reports from Indonesia entities, supporting year-end reporting and audit processes
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures across Indonesia operations
  • Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and corporate bankers to maintain strong, professional relationships and support group-level initiatives
  • Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and documentation standardization

Profile

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in finance operations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with diverse teams across different cultures
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Indonesia (around 50% travel)
