Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager (Immigration & IT Consulting) at Watts Group Ltd. The role involves overseeing and managing day-to-day immigration operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with stakeholders, and optimizing processes for efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategies to optimize operations in immigration and IT consulting.
2. Streamline processes for efficiency and quality in both sectors.
3. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance.
4. Ensure adherence to immigration laws, IT regulations, and industry standards.
5. Oversee client interactions, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction.
6. Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
7. Prepare and present operational reports, using data to drive decisions.
8. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
9. Oversee and optimize operational budgets.
10. Implement and manage tech solutions to support operations.
11. Develop contingency plans and lead response efforts.
12. Promote ongoing enhancements and stay updated with industry trends.

Working Hours

• Shift Timings: 9am to 6pm IST, 3pm to 12 midnight IST, 9pm to 6am IST
• Shift Scheduling: Based on project needs
• Bonus: Extra bonus for 9pm to 6am shift
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
