We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our Marketing team in Singapore. This role requires a creative individual, with excellent writing skills, and a strong understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen-AI) . The ability to learn quickly, adapt new skills, and work independently are critical.

Able to provide beneficial solutions for these 2 main factors - Sales & Marketing and Customer Engagement.

Sales & Marketing:

• Develop unique marketing content via emails, social media posts, etc. For Individual campaign strategies.

• Shorten marketing preparation processes, harness Gen-AI to develop engaging contents.

Customer Engagement:

• Providing different solutions to clients for them to engage customers using Gen-AI powered chat boxes, searching for information, personalised recommendations or reservations.

• The proposed solutions will free up manpower to optimize efficiency & customer experience.
  

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Information Technology (preferably in Gen-AI or related discipline).

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Gen-AI environment (in Sales or in Operations).

• Able to do presentation to all corporate levels with confidence.

• Able to start work immediately.
