A leading MNC in the F&B industry is seeking an Operations Manager to strategically plan and execute business goals. The role involves performance analysis, team management, operational support, and collaboration with various internal teams. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in operations within the F&B sector and possess strong report writing skills.
Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in theF&B industry. They are looking for a Operations Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in theCentral area– easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and profitability.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare detailed weekly sales reports and analyze data to identify key issues and drive performance improvements.
Team & Performance Management
Monitor team competencies and ensure KPIs and objectives are met.
Operational Support & Efficiency
Assist with daily operations and enhance efficiency across business activities and outlets.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, including Central Kitchen, to ensure smooth operations.
Documentation & Presentations
Prepare clear, well-structured reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.
Flexibility & Commitment
Willing to work on weekends and as required; strong report writing skills are essential.
All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min 5 years operations and supervisory experience preferably from F&B industry
Writing and presenting sales reports will be great advantages
