Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execution of operational processes in a cost-effective manner that is aligned with the Company’s SOP.

  • To lead the Retail Ops team to deliver within specific standards and schedules required, including sales targets.

  • To maintain and improve the overall performance of the café, kiosk and shops on a regular basis including cost analysis, manpower management, equipment maintenance and monitoring of processes.

  • To collaborate closely with Marketing team to develop Marketing Strategies and Promotion plans to successfully market the assigned brand portfolio to the desired audience.

  • Manage and supervise the Retail Ops team to ensure maximum utilization of the manpower allocated.

  • Conduct regular audit and manage the team at optimal manning levels and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and operating procedures.

  • To foster close, professional and effective connection with external contractors/suppliers to ensure that they deliver in accordance with mutually-accepted agreements and highest quality levels.

Requirements

  • Preferably Diploma holder with minimum 10 years of F&B experience.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with cheerful personality.

  • Effective planning, project management and organization skills.

  • Knowledge of food hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.

  • A good understanding of quality assurance, procedures and protocols.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
