  • Industry/ Organization Type: F&B
  • Position Title: Operations Manager
  • Working Location: Bukit Timah
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM-6 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $7,000 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes and procedures are executed efficiently and effectively
  • Manage logistics, inventory, and supply chain activities to guarantee timely delivery of products and services
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities for operational improvements and staying informed about industry trends and best practices
  • Analyze operational data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to build successful strategies and improve operational performance
  • Developing and refining operational policies, ensuring consistency across all activities, and creating compelling standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance productivity
  • Overseeing staff training and development, ensuring a high level of competency and morale within the team
  • Plan and execute projects, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, and monitor expenditures and return on investment (ROI) for all activities
