OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Food Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of food service operations. This role involves supervising multiple outlets or locations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:
   Supervise day-to-day food operations across one or more outlets.
   Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and supply chain departments.
   Implement and maintain operational procedures and service standards.
   Monitor adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
2. Team Management:
   Lead, train, and manage kitchen and service staff.
   Schedule staffing based on operational needs and manage labor costs.
   Foster a positive and productive team environment.
3. Financial Management:
   Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
   Monitor food and labor costs, inventory, and wastage.
   Work with the purchasing team to ensure the timely procurement of quality ingredients.
4. Customer Experience:
   Monitor guest feedback and work with teams to address issues and improve satisfaction.
   Implement service improvement initiatives to enhance overall guest experience.

Job Requirements:

1. Education:
   Related field. Certifications in food safety or operations management are a plus.
2. Experience:
   Minimum 5–7 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
   Experience managing multi-outlet or large-scale food operations preferred.
3. Skills:
   Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
   Solid understanding of food service operations, logistics, and customer service.

Work Environment:
May require flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
On-site presence across various outlets or kitchens may be needed.
