Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Solely in-charge of operations of all our dialysis centres to enhance the experience and quality of patient care.
  Work closely with management and teammates to ensure smooth running of dialysis centres.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software, equipment and inventory of medical consumables, ensure they meet the quality assurance standards and requirements.
• Vendor management and ensure timely supplies of consumables.
• Ensure smooth processes in reviewing and admission of patients.
• Ensure high operational efficiency in the company, troubleshooting of operational facilities.
• Participate in quality improvement/management initiatives/projects as well as support in achievement of clinical KPIs.
• Be highly involved in the business and operational expansion plans of the Company.
• Prepare and consolidated operational reports for international reporting.
• Oversee and provide guidance of a team of administrative and operational staff
• Additional operational related support as required by the company

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years' experience in a healthcare environment. Experience in bio-medical background would be a great advantage.
• Possess strong interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills.
• Able to demonstrate an ability to work independently.
• Resourceful, possesses good analytical and organisational skills, strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• May occasionally be required to work outside office hours due to operational requirements.
• Able to provide strong support for new M&A and business development projects.
