Specification: Facility Maintenance (Cleaning)

Qualification: Minimum Diploma. Experienced candidates will be considered.

Driving License: Class 3 driving license (Preferred)

Work Location: Depends on the projects.

Salary: $3200 - $4,800

Job Description:

1. Manage projects at various sites.
2. Oversee, train, motivate and manage employees at your sites.
3. Manage clients' expectations.
4. Execute policies and implement quality measures at your project sites.
5. Execute the operations and periodic work for projects with the support of the Float team.
6. Able to motivate fellow employees.
7. Suggest innovative ideas for performance improvement and quality services.
