For senior candidates, both scope and title are open to discussion.

  • Maintain a safe production environment

Cost & Process Management

  • Control and optimize production-line costs
  • Identify and drive process improvements using lean-manufacturing principles
  • Manage quality-analysis methods to maintain stringent QC standards

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and submit all production-management reports in a timely manner
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between production, engineering, and customer service teams

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance production team
  • Execute company strategy at the shop-floor level
  • Train and develop first-line production managers

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10 or more years of experience in plant operations
  • Minimum 3 years’ production-management experience in electronics or module packaging
  • Deep knowledge of quality control, production processes, and equipment management in module packaging or electronics manufacturing
