OPERATIONS MANAGER

Working in one of the most hands-on roles in senior management, life as an Operations Manager can be hectic and more than a little chaotic at times, but it can also be extremely rewarding on a very regular basis. Wherever you happen to be based and whichever sector of industry you’re working in, you can expect to be involved in decision-making that has a genuine impact.

You’ll require a number of separate skills to become a successful operations manager. You need to be a leader, of course, and will need to hit the ground running in your new role.
