Job Title: Operations Manager (Construction)

Location: Mandai Estate

Salary: $3,400 - $3,600 per month

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of on-going projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of project management from initiation to completion.
2. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
3. Monitor project progress and implement necessary changes to deliver successful results.
4. Manage project budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements throughout project phases.
6. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
7. Generate regular reports on project status, including risks and issues, for senior management.
8. Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Proficient in project management software and tools.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Class 3 Driving License
