MCI Career Services Pte Ltd, a leading career services provider in Singapore, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager (min. 8 years) to streamline our processes.
About the Role:
You'll make our operations run smoothly by creating clear and effective processes. Your strong skills in writing procedures and using Microsoft Word and Excel are crucial.
What You'll Do:
Create Clear Processes: Analyze, write, and maintain easy-to-follow SOPs and workflows in Microsoft Word.
Improve Efficiency: Find and fix operational bottlenecks using data in Microsoft Excel.
Track Performance: Monitor KPIs and report on operational results using Microsoft Excel.
Support Teams: Work with different teams to ensure processes meet their needs.
Manage Projects: Lead projects to improve our operations.
Ensure Quality: Help maintain high standards and compliance.
Requirements:
8+ years in operations management with a strong focus on writing processes.
Excellent writing skills and experience creating SOPs in Microsoft Word.
Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
A proactive approach to improving processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
