Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to lead and support our operational team in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation, and drive efficiency across all operational processes.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure the alignment of purchase orders with organizational standards and vendor requirements, streamlining the approval process for timely execution.
Accountable for overseeing sales margins, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and financial targets.
Oversee documentation management, ensuring that all records are organized for seamless audit preparation and compliance readiness.
Ensure the team is preparing accurate sales invoices for timely billing and financial reporting.
Provide strategic advice on operational improvements and process optimization across regions.
Serve as the go-to advisor for resolving day-to-day operational issues and ensuring smooth inter-departmental coordination.
Lead and participate in weekly and bi-weekly meetings, providing updates, addressing operational issues, aligning priorities, and promoting cross-department collaboration.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a network solutions, IT, or telecommunications industry.
Experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and sales invoicing processes.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and team leadership skills.
