A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving processes, and managing resources. The successful candidate will lead teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive customer satisfaction through operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end daily operations including staffing, scheduling, workflow, and quality control.
- Analyze current processes and implement SOPs to enhance efficiency.
- Supervise department heads, monitor performance, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Oversight
Manage end-to-end daily operations including staffing, scheduling, workflow, and quality control.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments (logistics, admin, finance, sales, etc.). - Process Improvement
Analyze current processes and identify areas for cost savings, efficiency, and scalability.
Implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure adherence. - Team & Resource Management
Supervise and lead department heads and team leaders.
Monitor performance, provide guidance, and foster a high-performance work culture. - Budget & Cost Control
Assist in budgeting, monitor operational costs, and find ways to optimize spending without compromising quality.
Work closely with finance to manage expenses and procurement. - Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Oversee inventory planning, ordering, and stock control (especially if tied to product-based businesses).
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfillment. - Customer Service & Quality Assurance
Ensure customer satisfaction through operational excellence.
Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and maintain service standards. - Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, safety guidelines, and legal requirements.
Manage operational risks and crisis response protocols.
