Job description

Management:

• Team management includes:

Team building (recruitment & training), work assignment, and workflow monitoring. Leading the team to complete audit, accounting, and tax work for multiple clients on time and with quality.

Operation Management:

1. Oversee all aspects of audit, accounting, and tax business, from quotation, negotiation, work planning to finalization. Lead the team to complete audit, accounting, and tax work for multiple clients on time and with quality.
2. Control workflow and monitor work results. Review the work results of the team.
3. Work closely with audit partners to ensure that the client's audit is compliant and effective.
4. Conduct team training on tax business. Prepare client Transfer Pricing Documentation. Manage client’s tax filings (Corporate tax/Withholding tax returns).

Advisory:

Provide accounting, auditing, and tax advisory services to clients regarding tax planning and applications for tax incentives and exemptions.

Offer accounting, auditing, and tax compliance advisory services to clients.

Others:

• Perform statistical work and departmental reporting.
• Handle other related tasks as assigned by the General Director.
