Your new company

A regional company with operations in Southeast Asia, specialising in sustainable chemical solutions for industries such as water treatment, energy, and agriculture. It focusses on transforming conventional chemicals into environmentally friendly alternatives.

Your new role

  • You will manage a team of 30+ to oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards, while coordinating with departments like Maintenance, Safety, and QA/QC.
  • You will support logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and smooth coordination with partners and internal teams.
  • You are expected to promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations, and lead incident investigations with preventive measures.
  • You'll lead and mentor a team of engineers, operators, and logistics staff, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support strategic initiatives and drive operational improvements and investments.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering subject.
