Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor 150-200 workers' attendance and movements
• Ensure workers deployed on site have the necessary skills and experience suitable for each project site deployment
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintain a good relationship with existing clients by addressing workers' issues and implementing disciplinary actions
• Bring in new prospective clients to increase sales and the number of projects for the company
• Counsel foreign workers
• Manage dormitory arrangements
• Review drivers' routes and address all drivers' issues and concerns
• Assist the accounts team in timely collection of claims from existing clients
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure immediate resolution of issues
• Be available for urgent calls from site at any time, as some projects have day and night shifts
