About the role

As the Operations Manager at 1STEP Pest Control Services Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of our pest control services across the Tampines North East Region. This full-time position will see you leading a team of dedicated technicians and driving continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the work schedules and assignments of the pest control technician team to optimise productivity and responsiveness

Oversee the maintenance and efficient utilisation of the company's fleet of vehicles and equipment

Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction

Analyse operational data and provide insights to the senior management team

Liaise with customers, handle escalations and address any service-related concerns

Support the recruitment, training and development of the operations team

What we're looking for

Proven track record of 5+ years in a similar operations management role, preferably within the pest control or related service industry

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate a team of field technicians

Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant software and technologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and stakeholders

Relevant qualifications in operations management, logistics or a related field
