Operations Manager

Job Scope:

1. Manage and lead the manpower for the company operation
2. Source and interview candidates
3. Teach and guide new employees
4. Manage employee salaries
5. Comply with director's decisions and orders
6. Ensure the company operates efficiently and productively
7. Help the company look for new sales and business opportunities
8. Manage the company's vehicle maintenance and repair

Job Requirement:

1. Must have Class 3 driving license
2. At least 2 years of management experience
3. Education level must include a Degree certificate
