Job summary

NORDEN SHIPPING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day vessel operations in a fast-paced Dry Bulk environment.

You will coordinate with Chartering, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure safe, efficient voyages and high-quality service to owners and charterers. You bring at least 2 years’ experience ashore in vessel operations, strong IT skills, and meticulous data-entry.

  • Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in vessel operations ashore.

  • Possesses good IT skills and a solid understanding of operational systems and processes; experience

  • Has experience with meticulous data entry.

  • Can navigate a changing environment in a challenging industry, adjusting to new processes and ways of working while continuously working to improve.
