Operations Manager

What The Role Is

The Operations Manager supervises a team of Operations Support Officers in maintaining school safety and security, as well as logistics and estate management.

What You Will Be Working On

You will supervise and manage the maintenance of school facilities, coordinate with vendors, including Managing Agents and Term Contractors, for infrastructure/ facilities improvement and maintenance works. You will also work with the Vice-Principal (Administration) and Administration Manager to manage infrastructure-related budget and evaluate infrastructure-related project proposals, implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures. These would include collaborating with relevant authorities to ensure school compliance with safety regulations, as well as support school leaders and teaching staff in student discipline-related matters in accordance with MOE guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

1. A dynamic and motivated individual with good organisational, managerial, interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Service excellence with a growth mindset.
3. Preferably has experience in estate management, logistics, safety and emergency planning.
4. Possess certification as a Fire Safety Manager or meets the entry requirements for FSM course.
