Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our projects and business operations. This role will ensure construction, reclamation, and renovation projects run efficiently, while managing comprehensive administrative, finance, and manpower responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee and manage the execution of construction, reclamation, and renovation projects from initiation to completion.
- Plan and schedule project timelines, manpower, and resources.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare and review project reports, budgets, and cost estimates.
Administrative, HR & Compliance
- Manage monthly payroll computation and salary payments for both local and foreign workers.
- Handle payments of Foreign Worker Levy accurately and on time.
- Maintain worker insurance policies and Primary Care Plans (PCP) for all foreign workers.
- Maintain an up-to-date worker database internally and on government portals.
- Use Work Permit Online (WPOL) for work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Use Online Foreign Worker Address System (OFWAS) to update worker addresses.
- Apply for new work permit holders in compliance with MOM requirements.
- Process and pay monthly CPF contributions for local staff.
Finance & Administration
- Prepare quotations for clients and invoices for upfront, progress and completed works.
- Process expense payments to suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Oversee procurement, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage contracts, tenders, and project documentation.
- Handle company correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and statutory requirements.
Financial & Resource Management
- Monitor expenses and project budgets.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and forecasts.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for cost-effective solutions.
