A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily workflows and assist in strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of management experience in the construction or related sectors. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth workflow;
• Assist the Chairman in strategic planning and execution of company objectives;
• Coordinate across project, finance, HR, and marketing teams for aligned execution;
• Drive project efficiency, timeline management, and cost control;
• Maintain key client relationships and coordinate with external stakeholders;
• Supervise contract reviews, procurement approvals, and payment authorizations;
• Lead the team toward achieving annual business targets.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of operations or general management experience, preferably in construction, interior design, engineering, or property sectors;
• Strong analytical, leadership, and execution skills;
• High level of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity.
