Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the team at CNW Courier Network Pte Ltd. In this full-time position based in the Changi East Region, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced logistics services. This is a strategic role that will have a direct impact on the success of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

• Managing a team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services

• Ensure an effective training and development program is in place for staff

• Monitoring and analysing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimise resource allocation and utilisation

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards

• Identifying and mitigating operational risks to minimise disruptions

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in airfreight operations management, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry

• Good knowledge of Air operations and airlines relations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence

• Familiarity with industry regulations, quality standards and best practices

• Diploma in Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field is preferred
