Job description

Location: Toa Payoh & Geylang Bahru

Salary:

• Assistant Ops Manager – Up to $4,500

• Ops Manager – Up to $5,500

Bonus: Variable Bonus (VB)

Working Hours: 8am – 5pm

Work Days: 5 or 6 days weekly (rotating schedule, including weekends)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead morning briefings and delegate duties to Team Leaders

  • Provide budget updates and support the Finance Department

  • Oversee monthly staff schedules, including standby and night shifts

  • Consolidate and follow up on feedback from teams and clients

  • Maintain high standards for rituals, customs, and service quality

  • Continuously improve processes, SOPs, and operational efficiency

  • Ensure smooth HR operations—manage leave, overtime, morale, and recruitment

  • Support welfare and well-being of operations staff

  • Work closely with the Managing Director on ad-hoc and strategic tasks
