About the Role

We seek an experienced Head of Operations Manager with proven leadership, customer service expertise, and project delivery skills. Preferably, candidates will have experience in the insurance industry, tech scene, or startup environment. Reporting to the Regional Head of Operations in Singapore, this role involves strengthening current operations with existing clients/partners and establishing new operational activities for upcoming projects in Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement KPIs to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Formulate and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals to promote growth and efficiency.
  3. Maintain a customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, legal, finance, technology) to develop operational solutions.
  5. Establish and review operating procedures for efficiency and productivity.
  6. Oversee claim management and customer service, ensuring compliance and excellent customer experience.
  7. Lead the sales admin department, optimizing processes and resources.
  8. Promote a customer-focused culture and continuous process improvement.
  9. Manage operational budgets for cost-effective resource utilization.
Requirements
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience; startup or insurance experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with proactive task management.
  • Experience or exposure to API integrations and understanding their limitations; familiarity with the local insurance market and operational processes.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) for regional collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a young, dynamic, and fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.
