Job description

We are thrilled to open a new position for a skilled and results-driven warehouse Manager. The

warehouse manager is in charge of the P&L of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a

proven track record in managing warehouse and distribution processes and excellent

leadership skills. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence and efficiency, customer

satisfaction, costing/ revenues analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall logistics operations, ensuring all processes align with client

requirements and the company's performance goals.

• Manage and lead the customer support team to ensure seamless coordination between

warehouse operations and client service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory management,

inbound/outbound logistics, and order fulfilment.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, identifying areas for

improvement to ensure the highest level of service.

• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while maximizing revenue and

operational efficiency.

• Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies,

within the warehouse environment.

• Implement lean logistics methodologies and drive Kaizen-based process improvements

to enhance overall efficiency.

• Ensure the proper functioning and utilization of the warehouse management system

(WMS) and other technologies.

• Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and

adherence to operational standards.

• Manage P&L of the operations, controlling expenses while driving revenue growth (of

existing customers).

• Lead the new customers onboarding

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, finance, and supply chain, to

ensure operational integration.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6- years of experience in logistics operations within a 3PL or contract

• Proven leadership and team management experience.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and technologies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage complex logistics operations and work in a dynamic, fast-paced

• Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring P&L, cost controls, and financial

reporting.

• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational
