Job description

Head of Operations

From a single social cut to a fully integrated campaign, our 25‑strong team across Singapore and Dubai turns ideas into stories that move. The secret to doing this is not just creative excellence but also exquisite execution. That’s where our new Head of Operations comes in.

Purpose of the Role

The Head of Operations owns the agency’s day‑to‑day rhythm – aligning people, process, and profit so our creatives can focus on what they do best: tell remarkable stories for multinational clients. You will design and refine the operational engine that allows Click2View to scale sustainably while safeguarding quality, culture, and margin.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Run daily huddles and weekly leadership meetings.

Process & Workflow Optimisation

  • Map, document, and continuously improve end‑to‑end delivery workflows
  • Implement and maintain SOPs, templates, and automation tools that unlock efficiency without stifling creativity.

Resource & Capacity Management

  • Maintain the master production schedule, balancing utilisation across in‑house teams and freelance partners.
  • Forecast demand, flag bottlenecks early, and recommend hiring or outsourcing solutions.

Financial & Commercial Stewardship

  • Partner with the CFO to monitor project margins, cost controls, and vendor spend.
  • Support pricing models and scope management to protect profitability.

Quality Assurance

  • Establish QA checkpoints that ensure deliverables meet brand, technical, and regulatory standards.
  • Work with creative team leads on implementing QA check points

People & Culture Enablement

  • Coach producers in best‑practice operations, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Co‑lead quarterly and annual planning sessions with the leadership team.
Success Metrics
  • Staff utilisation within 75–85%
  • All critical SOPs documented and reviewed every six months.
  • Client satisfaction score ≥ 4/5 for operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate
  • 8+ years’ experience in agency, production house, or related creative operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of implementing process frameworks (e.g., ScalingUp, Lean, Agile) that improved delivery speed, quality, and profitability.
  • Financial fluency – comfortable building budgets, interrogating P&Ls, and negotiating vendor contracts.
  • Expert user of modern project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Monday, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, AI productivity tools).
  • Exceptional communicator who can translate strategy into clear actions and rally cross‑functional teams.
  • Calm under pressure, solutions‑oriented, and allergic to ‘that’s how we’ve always done it’.
What Success Looks Like – 30 | 90 | 180 Days
  • 30Days: Deeply understand current workflows, meet every team member, and present a quick‑wins plan.
  • 90Days: Daily huddles humming, first SOP suite published, utilisation dashboard live.
  • 180Days: Agency operating to a predictable cadence; on‑time delivery at 99%; margin uplift evident; staff and clients praising the new operational clarity.
Reporting Line & Location

Reports to the CEO (Singapore). Oversees operations across Singapore HQ and Dubai branch; occasional travel expected.

Contract & Benefits
  • Full‑time position (open to flexible arrangements for the right candidate).
  • Competitive salary + incentives linked to individual and company performance.
  • 20 days’ annual leave, 14 days’ sick leave, and parental leave in line with SG regulations.
  • MacBook Air (or equivalent), software licences, and professional development budget provided.
  • Medical insurance cover supplied by the company after probation
