We are the #1 gifting platform in 3 countries and we are now expanding to Singapore. Now, as we launch, we’re looking for a hands-on leader to scale our local warehouse operations.

About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our new Singapore branch. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and eager to grow with the company. You will be working initially with a small team and will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and growth of the branch.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, ensuring orders are processed smoothly and on time.
- Support and oversee a starting team of two florists, with the opportunity to expand the team as our sales increase.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate supply orders to prevent shortages.
- Build relationships with local suppliers to secure competitive pricing and ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to introduce new products and improve workflows.

What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience in operations, retail, logistics, or e-commerce is preferred, but we welcome fast learners.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage inventory, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in a hands-on role, working closely with a small team.
- Proficiency in English is required.
