Kyndryl in Singapore seeks a DevOps Engineer to automate infrastructure, manage CI/CD, and boost system reliability. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and drive cloud‑native practices across our mission‑critical workloads.

Responsibilities include building scalable automation, implementing robust monitoring, and leading incident response while ensuring security and disaster recovery readiness. This role offers a hybrid work model with growth opportunities and global collaboration.

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline with a passion for automation, standardization, and security.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, TDD, CI/CD, and Git workflows with hands‑on use of GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket, or ArgoCD.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑availability, multi‑data center hybrid cloud systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in at least three scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python, Go) and RPM packaging.
• Experience with automated provisioning tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Vagrant) and virtualization (VMware, KVM, Hyper‑V).
• Strong expertise in Docker and Kubernetes and CNCF tools (Helm, Istio, Gatekeeper, Crossplane, ArgoCD).
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools and troubleshooting across stacks.
• Knowledge of business continuity, backups, restore procedures, and disaster recovery planning.

Responsabilidades

• Automation & Infrastructure management to build, manage, scale, and maintain VMs, DBs, containers, and cloud workloads.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and change management processes.
• Deploy monitoring tools to track infrastructure health and application availability.
• Triage incidents, participate in on‑call rotations for production issues.
• Implement robust disaster recovery and configuration management practices.
• Design and maintain enterprise security architecture and controls.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and system hardening.
• Troubleshoot security incidents and ensure secure configurations across components.

What You Will Do

• Automation & Infrastructure Management: Develop automation and provisioning systems to build, manage, scale, and maintain virtual machines, databases, containers, and cloud/data center workloads.
• CI/CD & Release Engineering: Configure, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, incorporating automated scripts and streamlined change management processes for smooth software integration and deployment.
• Observability & System Reliability: Deploy comprehensive monitoring tools to track infrastructure health, performance, and application availability while resolving operational bottlenecks.
• Incident Response & Operations: Troubleshoot cross‑platform system and application issues, actively participating in on‑call escalation rotations for critical production incidents.
• Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Implement robust configuration management frameworks and automated disaster recovery protocols to ensure organizational resilience.
• Infrastructure & Application Security: Design, build, and maintain enterprise security architecture and controls in compliance with industry standards to protect data and assets.
• Security Operations & Hardening: Perform routine vulnerability assessments, system hardening, and threat/risk evaluations to proactively secure systems and mitigate risks.
• Incident Triage & Compliance Execution: Troubleshoot security incidents, conduct remediation checks, and apply secure configuration best practices across all software and infrastructure components.

Required Skills and Experience

• Software Engineering & Delivery (SDLC/CI/CD): Strong understanding of SDLC, TDD, CI/CD, and Git branching workflows, with hands‑on experience using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, BitBucket, or ArgoCD.
• Infrastructure Architecture & Cloud: Hands‑on experience with high‑availability, multi‑data center hybrid cloud systems across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platforms.
• Scripting & Software Packaging: Proficiency in at least three scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python, Go) and knowledge of RPM‑based software packaging and deployment.
• Infrastructure as Code & Virtualization: Proven experience with automated provisioning tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Vagrant) and virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Hyper‑V).
