Operations Manager

Your Role
  • Assist the Contract/Area Manager in overseeing warehouse and in-plant operations.
  • Ensure CEVA's business and operational objectives and KPIs are met.
What Are You Going To Do?
  • Lead daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Manage manufacturing engagement as part of daily fulfillment.
  • Address customer escalations promptly and provide solutions.
  • Plan and ensure adequate equipment for storage, loading, and delivery of goods.
  • Perform inventory management, productivity, accuracy, and loss prevention programs.
  • Meet KPI targets.
  • Manage P&L for the account to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Control costs, improve accuracy and safety, and maintain high customer service levels.
  • Handle billing and prepare annual budgets.
  • Implement safety, security, housekeeping, and sanitation programs.
  • Build, motivate, and coach the operational team.
  • Generate monthly performance reports.
  • Implement work improvement initiatives like 5S, Kaizens, LEAN, and SCA programs to achieve operational excellence.
What Are We Looking For?
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience managing and leading operations teams.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Experience dealing with customers at all levels.
  • Good planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
