Job description

This position plans and develops work schedules to ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include inspecting and auditing site conditions, managing inventories and supplies, and reviewing Client requests. It involves analyzing budget requests, assisting with project planning and modifications, and ensuring financial goals are met. Additionally, the role coordinates program specifications, oversees contract documentation, and serves as a liaison among stakeholders, including clients, employees, and subcontractors.


  • Develop and manage work schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Assess and inspect the establishment’s physical condition to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Conduct audits and oversee inventory management of supplies and equipment.
  • Explore and implement improved equipment and operational methods.
  • Review and address customer service requests to determine issues and collaborate with management on resolutions.
  • Evaluate and process budget proposals to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support planning, budgeting, and scheduling adjustments, including cost estimates, bid sheets, and contract management.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning, conceptual designs, and capital investment initiatives for process enhancements.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the company, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain databases related to contracts and contractor status.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Education Background: Operations Management field or equivalent
  • Professional Experience: Proven expertise in management, operations, and leadership, strong ability to oversee teams and drive efficiency.
  • Industry knowledge: At least 5 years of experience in Cleaning Operations within Commercial Buildings and Manufacturing.
  • Key Competencies: Excellent Communications and Organizational skills, Proactive, ensuring effective coordination and operational success.
