LOOK CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Management Associate to join the OCFO Operations Team in Singapore.

You will gain hands-on exposure to private wealth client onboarding, account opening, trade execution, and investment operations in a fast-paced multi-family office setting. This early-career role welcomes fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience welcome.
Internship or prior exposure to private banking, wealth management, asset management, fund operations, KYC or financial services advantageous.
Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with clients and counterparties across the region.
Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
AI literacy (e.g. ChatGPT, Excel automation, workflow tools) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end client onboarding, including account opening, KYC and documentation review.
Assist in trade execution, order monitoring and post-trade follow-up.
Handle day-to-day client operational requests and account maintenance.
Maintain accurate client records and operational data across internal systems.
Work closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Custodians and external counterparties.
Support client events and cross-functional initiatives when required.
