Job summary

Wisdom Family Office in Singapore is seeking a Management Associate to start their career across private equity, wealth management, and client services within a multi-disciplinary team. You will gain exposure to diverse asset classes, assist relationship managers, handle client inquiries, and contribute to cross-department projects including industry research and deck preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in financial-related majors with passion for wealth management.
• Strong English and Chinese communication; bilingual documents and coordination.
• Proactive learner, eager to take on challenges and grow in family office.
• Solid knowledge of financial products and markets; analytical mindset.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities and projects.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; capable of stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; familiarity with financial databases or coding language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to diverse asset classes from a buy-side perspective (funds, PE, structured products).
• Support relationship managers with research to develop wealth management strategies.
• Assist in account and portfolio management operations and client inquiries.
• Contribute to special projects across departments, including industry research and analytics.
• Draft, optimize and prepare corporate decks for stakeholder presentations.
• Collaborate with compliance on investment structure, contracts and agreements.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of FOAHK Case Competition.
