Operations & Maintenance Supervisor (Fuel/Gas | 5.5 Days) - Up to $5,000 + Bonus

• Position: Operations & Maintenance Supervisor

• Location: Pioneer

• Working Hours: 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday: 7.30am - 4.30pm, Saturday: 7.30am - 12.45pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Fuel products

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize day-to-day operations of the facility

• Responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment

• Lead a group of foreign workers, hauliers and tanker attendants

• Oversee and commit to plant safety procedures

• Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in the in-house system

• Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to ensure operations runs smoothly

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)

• Possess relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas preferred

• Prior experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment

• Requires proven supervisory skills with ability to lead a team effectively
