Job description

Job Description

  1. Round the clock monitoring and maintenance of the Parcel Lockers and Payment Kiosks System to meet uptime as per the SLA commitments.
  2. Respond to all incident/service calls and be first responder on site to troubleshoot and resolve incidents including basic repairs or parts replacements.
  3. Escalate, when necessary, in accordance with the escalation matrix.
  4. Coordinate and work with all stakeholders and contractors to identify the causes of issues (e.g., hardware, software, network problems) that may affect the proper functioning of the System until resolution.
  5. Create/update and track tickets in the ticketing tool to closure observing SLA commitments.
  6. Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting system hardware and all computer-based systems.
  7. Liaise and work closely with customers to address service concerns and solve technical problems.
  8. Perform installation activities during the project phase as tasked to ensure competency to support the system.
  9. Ensure all materials are properly documented and handed over during shift changes.
  10. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  11. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma, Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, IT or equivalent.
  2. Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident is preferred.
  3. Relevant experience in hardware maintenance and IT system support.
  4. Experience in electrical/mechanical drawing, service/repair manuals, and/or diagrams will be an added advantage.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter, self-motivated, and critical thinker who embraces challenges.
  6. Ability to work responsibly, independently, and in a team.
  7. Able to interact with all levels of people and work under stress.
  8. On-the-job training will be provided. Position will be assigned based on the competence picked up during the training.
  9. This position will require 24/7 support, and the ability to work rotating shifts is a must.
