Role Description

This is a full‑time Operations & Logistics Executive role on a 1‑year contract basis (renewable annually), located on‑site in Singapore. The primary responsibilities include supporting daily operational and logistical activities such as coordinating product deliveries, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure smooth fulfilment processes. The role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to address operational and logistics‑related matters in a timely and professional manner. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate operational documentation, supporting training sessions and presentations conducted in English, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Support
  • Support and manage day‑to‑day operational and logistics activities
  • Coordinate product deliveries and collections with courier and logistics partners
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Monitor inventory levels and support restocking of operational supplies
  • Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
Customer & Internal Coordination
  • Handle operational and logistics‑related enquiries via email, phone calls, and online channels
  • Provide clear and timely updates on order status, deliveries, and operational timelines
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently
  • Support ongoing customer communication to ensure smooth operational execution
Commercial & Client Support
  • Assist in client communications and simple account servicing tasks
  • Support follow‑up with prospective leads and existing clients
  • Participate in preparing materials for client meetings and presentations
Training & Product Support
  • Conduct occasional product, sales, and operations training sessions for clients
  • Provide product knowledge support to internal and external stakeholders
Process & Operations Improvement
  • Support documentation of operational workflows and procedures
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in operations and propose improvements
  • Assist with the implementation of process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of working experience in operations, logistics, fulfilment, or related role
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to communicate and present confidently
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Comfortable liaising with customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in standard office tools (Excel, e‑mail, internal systems)
  • Strictly based in Singapore. This role does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
