Role Overview:

As an Operations Lead (Card), you’ll take ownership of launching and managing card-related projects and operations. You will work cross-functionally with both internal and external teams to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless service delivery for Binance's global card and payment products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the launch and lifecycle of card/payment projects, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and enhance end-to-end operational workflows and processes.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards in card operations.
  • Monitor and analyze card operations KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Resolve escalated operational issues, disputes, and complex cases related to card operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of settlements, reconciliation, and dispute management.
  • Provide ongoing operational support post-project launch in collaboration with product, tech, and other relevant teams.
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in operations, preferably within the card or payments industry.
  • Proven experience working with global cross-functional teams (product, tech, risk, customer service, finance, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of card operations, including settlements, reconciliation, and dispute management.
  • Strong background in managing third-party vendors and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to lead initiatives across multiple time zones.
