Qualifications

• Polytechnic graduates welcome; no experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and data fluency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/VBAs.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations processes across assigned accounts, currencies, or transaction types.
• Match and reconcile transaction data across systems to check for accuracy and completeness.
• Review reconciliation results to help identify discrepancies or breaks.
• Assist in investigating discrepancies and following them through to resolution.
• Work closely with the Operations team to escalation and resolve issues in a timely manner.
