Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously learn and apply Kaizen principles to improve dealership and workshop operations
  • Analyze service performance data and KPIs to identify problems and opportunities
  • Conduct on-site assessments to confirm issues and propose actionable improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Asia-based distributors to support service process enhancements
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, progress, and results
  • Support training and rollout of best practices across the dealer network

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data to generate insights and reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently as well
  • Open-minded, fast learner, and eager to receive feedback for growth
  • Willing to travel frequently, work off-site at dealerships/workshops, and put in extra hours when needed
  • Logical thinker with a hands-on mindset and high sense of responsibility
