Job Description:
Lead and manage operational support for business pursuits and client engagements.
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to prepare and submit business opportunities in a timely manner.
Monitor and follow up on ongoing pursuits, maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure progress.
Analyze operational workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvements in pursuit and growth processes.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations supporting business growth.
Prepare reports and updates on operational performance related to growth activities for senior management.
Support the development and implementation of company-wide growth plans with an operational focus.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field with at least 3years of experience in operations, business development support, or related roles.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
