Job Title: Operations & Fulfillment Assistant

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on and detail-oriented Operations & Fulfillment Assistant to support our daily order fulfillment, inventory movement, courier coordination, and packing activities.

You will assist with printing orders, preparing shipments, handling stock documentation, and physically packing orders. This is a hybrid role that requires both operational accuracy and physical involvement.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfillment & Dispatch Operations

  • Retrieve daily Shopify orders and prepare packing lists
  • Book courier pickups (EasyParcel, FedEx) and print shipping labels
  • Prepare shipping documents (delivery note, packing list, invoice)
  • Track and update dispatch logs for both local and overseas orders

Inventory & Stock Handling

  • Assist in weekly and monthly stocktakes
  • Record stock in/out movement and stock transfers
  • Coordinate internal stock movement (e.g. from Tuas to distributor warehouse)
  • Label, organize, and maintain stock storage areas

Packing & Physical Fulfillment

  • Pick and pack orders according to packing sheets
  • Verify product accuracy, apply labels, and prepare boxes for dispatch
  • Maintain packing area cleanliness and monitor supply levels
  • Operate light machines (e.g. label printer, card writer) - training provided

Admin Support

  • File and archive order documentation (digital and physical)
  • Assist with daily checklists and packing job orders
  • Support with basic stock and order reporting

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or operations preferred
  • Entry-level candidates welcome if reliable and willing to learn
  • Able to handle physical work (packing, lifting boxes, moving stock)
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs
  • Familiar with Google Sheets or basic Excel
  • Must be able to work in Tuas South (shuttle provided)

  • Salary: SGD 2,300 - 2,500/month (based on experience)
