Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for daily events and long-term planning of F&B events.
  • Manage all VIP visits and ensure their smooth deployment.
  • Coordinate with kitchen/F&B service teams to meet deadlines for upcoming events/visits.
  • Ensure all events/VIP visits are ready at ORX 30 minutes prior to guests’ arrival.
  • Conduct weekly Academy cleaning walkthroughs and follow up on campus cleanliness.
  • Perform monthly Academy maintenance walkthroughs and oversee campus repairs.
  • Manage beverage control and inventory on a monthly basis.
  • Safeguard the Academy and its population against COVID-19 by monitoring government advisories and implementing necessary measures.
  • Assist department Heads of Department (HODs) in planning and coordinating visits and events.
  • Oversee repair and maintenance of the Academy facilities.
  • Manage utility usage within the Academy.
  • Sourcing suppliers and contractors for services and equipment.
  • Procure food and beverage equipment to ensure efficient operations and uphold high standards.
  • Support and promote At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy’s culture and philosophy.
  • Participate actively in the Corporate Planning Cycle for continuous improvement (e.g., 5 Ps, Performance Appraisal, Work Plan, Budget Planning).
  • Represent At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy professionally inside and outside the workplace.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and serve as a role model for employees and students.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and handle IT-related matters for the Academy.
  • Maintain good relationships with all suppliers and contractors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Facility Management, preferably in the Education industry.
  • Knowledge of Network/IT/Security Systems/VOIP/Electrical/ACMV/AV.
  • Experience in IT Server/Cloud Maintenance.
  • Ability to read and understand network/server architecture and topology.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective decision-making skills.
  • Independent, creative, and motivated with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
