Job summary

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented individual to join the Ward Operations team. This role oversees the Ward Service Associates (WSAs), ensuring smooth ward operations and high service standards. Suitable for candidates with prior team management experience in an operational or healthcare support setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide Ward Service Associates (WSAs) to ensure service delivery standards are met
• Work closely with ward supervisors and nursing teams to support daily ward operations
• Monitor ward supplies and ensure adequate stock levels for smooth operations
• Manage daily deployment and rostering of WSAs in various ward settings
• Ensure dietary and nutrition support for patients aligns with clinical guidance
• Support ward operations manager with guidance and implementation of improvement initiatives
• Lead and participate in quality improvement projects or service initiatives
• Carry out any other duties as assigned based on operational needs
