Operations Executive (Travel Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Handle contracting filling & disseminate to respective departments
• Source suppliers and negotiate for the best rate for logistics and meal selection
• Prepare and arrange contract signing with suppliers for collaboration
• Plan & share relevant information on logistics and meal selection with respective departments
• Prepare marketing materials for meal selection
• Site inspection
• Handle the invoices from suppliers
• Prepare sales reports
• Handle complaints or feedback
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

The Talent:

• Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under tight schedules with a positive working attitude
• Independent, meticulous, team player, excellent interpersonal skills, positive work attitude
